Retreat Agenda, Day 1

8:00 - 8:30 Breakfast
8:30 - 9:00 Introductions, opening comments by Ira Fuchs, Don Waters, and Maciej Ceglowski.
9:00 - 10:15 Presentations (25 minutes each). Each project will present a brief (15 minute) report on its progress over the past year, as well as upcoming milestones. The goal of these presentations is to lay the groundwork for later discussions about how projects can profitably collaborate. The last ten minutes of each session will be reserved for questions and discussion.
