Amanda Francolini

Amanda Francolini is the HR operations senior administrator at Mellon.

Prior to joining Mellon, Amanda was the HR operations manager at Innovations for Poverty Action. She focused on optimizing HR operations to enhance efficiency and using data to support data-driven decision-making. In addition to Amanda’s HR operations experience, she also has experience in recruitment where she designed, implemented, and executed recruitment strategies.

Amanda holds a BS in Spanish from Eastern Michigan University.
