Annette J. Phillips

As chief human resources officer at Mellon, Annette J. Phillips leads the Foundation’s talent acquisition, reward and recognition, learning and development, and employee relations and engagement.

Most recently, Annette was the director of human resources at GoldenTree Asset Management, a New York and London–based alternative asset manager. Prior to GoldenTree, she served as SVP, HR-Americas with Christie’s, where she focused on organizational redesign, professional and team development, and supporting the buildout of their e-commerce platform. Annette spent twelve years in roles of increasing responsibility at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and started her career at Ernst & Young, initially as a staff auditor before moving into recruiting and human resources.

She holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA.
